Prophecy opening skip. With Heat Rises, enter the pipe and hold stick/key forward-left (keep rubbing your body on the left front). You'll slide up smoothly. Hard to tell from video alone, but this input is key. Any glide works. Warlock only but no sword or sparrow needed. #Destiny2

Forward-left means forward-far, not forward-near. The ↖️ direction.

Horror footage I'd heard about but finally encountered. If character creation screen appears after an error, NEVER create a new character. Your account may look deleted but it's usually just a loading issue that fixes itself later. Creating a new character overwrites your old ones permanently. #Destiny2

Persys fight - this position with this line of sight creates a semi-safe spot. Highly reproducible. Goblins can still hit you but that's easy to handle. May not work if teammates draw aggro. Useful for solo flawless attempts or waiting for self-res when 2 teammates are down. #Destiny2

Old method: emote to stick your head in a wall and enemies won't detect you. Works even with teammates. But you still get shot for a few seconds after sticking your head in, so in Master you'll usually die immediately. Need to go invisible first and then hide.

Since The Final Shape, all Master raid weapons have double perks by default, with triple perk chance increasing based on pattern unlocks from that raid (Triumph system). Same for Vault of Glass - better to farm normal red borders first to unlock patterns, then grind Master for triple perks.

Brigs expose their precision spot when below 40% HP, and their armor gains 75% damage resistance. However, weapons without precision (explosions, skills) hitting the precision spot bypass this resistance. Even rockets and GLs - aim for precision. #Destiny2

In the quoted video with Frenzy melee: Pre-plate removal: 13,611. Post-plate armor hit: 3,403. Post-plate weak point hit: 13,611. Non-precision attacks show white damage numbers for both armor and weak point, but values differ like this.

Since v7.3.5, you can set radar background opacity. Making it fully opaque improved visibility significantly. Many PvP players change colorblind modes for radar visibility, so this setting might help. #Destiny2

For those swimming in Enhancement Prisms but short on Cores (now useful for weapon crafting): Use Prisms to upgrade rare armor from Lv5→8 then dismantle for Cores. Tedious but well-known method. Video: https://t.co/PEVR2zQv5p #Destiny2

To generate one stack of 999 Enhancement Cores, you need 333 Prisms and 333 upgrade/dismantle operations 🤪 But as quoted, converting the 3 weekly Prisms from Rahool is quick. Yields few cores but easy.

Battleground Mars: Don't kill any enemies at start, activate C and wait at map's left edge - C is easy to secure. Many know this but killing even one Thrall seems to break it, so whole team needs to know. #Destiny2

Went to Grandmaster via public LFG but teammates killed enemies so couldn't execute. Solo verified it still works (video).

Re-posting about the ladder (quote). For all Battlegrounds, you can open door with just center rune + empty/low-enemy right relic with minimal shots. Need 3rd? Go right again for quick relic respawn. Even safer: climb up and wait for timeout - door still opens with no penalty apparently.

Battleground Europa boss is a Shrieker. Shriekers count as both Vehicle and Turret, so Hakke origin trait "Hakke Breach Armaments" gives +15% (vehicle) and +30% (turret) for 49% damage boost. Probably not worth building around, but here's the weapon list.

Aegis says "Crota takes 1.6x damage from swords only compared to other weapons." It's in his spreadsheet under Boss tab. So swords being effective on Crota isn't just about ease of hitting. #Destiny2

5 Star-Eater Marksman Goldie Hunters + Alpha Lupi Dawn Titan rotating supers to instantly kill Kalli. After kill, leader brings everyone via Locator to Last Wish before CP disappears for rewards while continuing. Great time saver.

Last Wish drops all legendary weapons from every encounter, so spam Kalli kills to complete all red borders. Note: After weekly rotation ends, farming won't be possible for a while.

No Golden Gun loop needed - slug shotguns easily kill her too. Using Parasite self-destruct for "Worm's Byproduct" 15% weapon damage buff - wonder if this works on Golden Gun like Kinetic Surge?

Worm's Byproduct buff doesn't work on Golden Gun after all. But real weapon damage does stack with Surge and Radiant.

Trick to predict which side Riven appears from. About 5 seconds after the door to the hall closes, if a black shadow briefly appears on the door, she teleports to the other side. No shadow = she stays on your current side. Easy to read and quick to reposition. #Destiny2

Battleground Mars - sometimes see Guardians struggling to climb this entrance. The ladder-looking part actually works as a ladder - you can climb without slipping. #Destiny2
